Rides Cebu City Tours (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy and follows the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
What we collect
- Details you send us when you book or enquire: name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, hotel, travel dates, group size and any notes such as dietary needs.
- Messages you send on WhatsApp, Messenger or Viber. These apps are run by third parties with their own privacy policies.
- Basic website analytics and cookies, if enabled.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry, confirm and run your tour.
- To arrange pickups and share necessary details with your driver, guide or boat crew.
- To meet legal, tax and safety requirements.
We never sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as the law requires, then delete them. Enquiries that don’t become bookings are deleted after [12 months].
