Booking and deposit
- Your booking is confirmed once we receive a deposit of [20%] of the total price.
- We accept GCash, bank transfer and PayPal for deposits. The balance is paid in cash or GCash on the day.
- You’ll receive a written confirmation with the all-in price, pickup time and what’s included.
Changing your date
- Free date changes up to 48 hours before the tour, subject to availability.
- Changes within 48 hours are treated as a cancellation.
Cancellations by you
- More than 72 hours before the tour: full refund of your deposit.
- 24–72 hours before: [50%] of the deposit is refunded.
- Less than 24 hours or no-show: the deposit is non-refundable.
Weather and safety cancellations
- If the Coast Guard, PAGASA advisories or our team cancel a tour for safety, you can rebook for free or get a full refund.
- We may change the order of stops or swap a stop for safety reasons. We’ll always explain why.
Children
- Children under 4 join free. Child rates apply for ages 4–11 [confirm].
- Some activities, like canyoneering, have age and fitness limits.
